Yesterday, after a warrant of arrest was presented for the arrests of over 25 people who were involved in the Kimwarer and Arror multipurpose dams scandal. National Treasury CS Henry Rotich and his Principal Secretary Kamau Thugge surrendered at the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) offices.
They spent Monday night in police custody. A few months ago, this were untouchables.
Rotich has overseen the tripling of our national debt from 1.9 trillion to 5.4 trillion.
More is expected today and this site will be there to highlight them.
